What’s the minimum order amount?

60 1.25"/1.75" buttons, or 40 2.25" buttons.

I have several designs, can I make several different buttons in one order?

Definitely! Some companies make it difficult for artists to order small batches of several designs within a large order, and charge extra fees or set a high minimum for each design. Contact me, I'm flexible.

I'm going to be at X convention, can I save on shipping and pick up from your table?

In 2019, I will only be attending Int. Fan Festival Toronto. (Saturday only)

Do you allow local pickup?

We are based in the city of Toronto, contact me at marimobuttons@gmail.com and we'll work something out!

What is rush service?

Rush service is intended for those needing last-minute button services during high-volume times, such as conventions. Due to the high volume of orders during convention season, (April-August) rush service carries a higher fee.

If you require an order in a hurry that doesn't fall under high volume times you can typically get your order quickly under our normal rate. Rush service is intended for last-minute orders during peak volume times. (May-July)

How do I submit an order?

Contact Lisa at marimobuttons@gmail.com and tell me know when you’ll need your order by, your order quantity, followed by a submission of your design(s).

I'll let you know the total, and we'll begin processing your order after full payment is received.

Please use the template below, and submit each separate design saved in flattened .tif format.

Buttons are printed a little larger than their punched sizes, as they require a bleed area to wrap around the button. The area within the red circle in the template is what appears on the face of the button, so fit your image accordingly. Keep at a resolution of 300 dpi so that your image prints clearly, the quality of your buttons depend on the quality of your image. 1.25 buttons should retain a resolution of 456 x 456 pixels, and 2.25" should be 750 x 750 pixels. If you need assistance, don't hesitate to contact me.

And don't forget, when you submit your designs, remove the guide layers and retain the circular mask layer!
